The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £126/$224/c$238 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £85/$150/c$162. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
