On-line bookings are held for 7 working days until receipt of deposit (£100/$175/c$190 per week). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost (£126/$224/c$238 per week). Bookings of 6 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of £85/$150/c$162

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options. We accept Sterling, USD and CAD cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in Sterling, USD and CAD. Please note this transaction will be subject to a 4.00 percent surcharge.
