What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 10 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is approximately 8 miles (15 minutes) from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. Orange Tree is surrounded by a number of championship golf courses, some of which offer discounts to our guests (please ask for details). Further afield, Busch Gardens is approximately 70 minutes drive.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Villa address and directions will be sent to you 10 days before your travel date. Our management company representative will meet and greet you on arrival at Mackeyvilla.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

What entertainment is provided?

We provide a Playstation 2 with games, cable TV/DVDs in all 4 bedrooms and family room (selection of DVDs and books available) and a games room comprising of an 8' slate bed, professionally installed, pool table (with light over) and a full size ping pong table. We also provide sporting equipment for use on Orange Trees tennis & basketball courts...a short walk away through the orange groves.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to March. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Orange Tree area and will happily direct you to the owners.
